Throughout her two decades as a talent development leader in corporate (private equity, retail, technology) and not-for-profit (university, conservation) settings, Elizabeth gained in-depth knowledge of the importance of making a smooth transition from technical/functional expert to leader. This background in talent development, coaching, and training program design gives her a unique ability to connect with a wide spectrum of executives and leaders. Elizabeth is a highly impactful executive coach and leadership consultant.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University, and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University. She is a certified executive coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, and has earned the designation of Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
